How to Enter

Please also refer to the Rules and Regulations

  1. All Entries must be made on the official section entry form.
  2. A separate entry must be used for each section you want to enter your exhibit.
  3. For any queries/questions, please contact the Section Convenor directly.
  4. Entries and payment of entry fees must be received by the Show Secretary before the closing date for
    each Section.  Please consult the details for each section’s closing dates.
  5. Please supply a stamped, self-addressed envelope with your entry, otherwise all admittance tickets & receipts will need to be collected from the Show Office prior to Show Day.
  6. No Phone OR Late Entries will be accepted.
  7. Entries can be made by mailing your entry to PO Box 713, Strathalbyn SA 5255 accompanied by the required entry fees.  Or Email to   Or drop your entry into the Show Office, at the show hall, Coronation Road, Strathalbyn, before the Section closing date.
  8. Scanned and emailed entries with details of EFT payment will be accepted prior to section closing dates.
