- All Entries must be made on the official section entry form.
- A separate entry must be used for each section you want to enter your exhibit.
- For any queries/questions, please contact the Section Convenor directly.
- Entries and payment of entry fees must be received by the Show Secretary before the closing date for
each Section. Please consult the details for each section’s closing dates.
- Please supply a stamped, self-addressed envelope with your entry, otherwise all admittance tickets & receipts will need to be collected from the Show Office prior to Show Day.
- No Phone OR Late Entries will be accepted.
- Entries can be made by mailing your entry to PO Box 713, Strathalbyn SA 5255 accompanied by the required entry fees. Or Email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Or drop your entry into the Show Office, at the show hall, Coronation Road, Strathalbyn, before the Section closing date.
- Scanned and emailed entries with details of EFT payment will be accepted prior to section closing dates.
