Important Information for All Trade Site Stallholders
Please send us your applications in as soon as possible – you can email your application to book your site now and EFT / send your money later before the 1st September.
This way your site will be held until 1st August then I will allocate the new sites and you may lose your preferred site. Therefore it is to your advantage to have your application in as early as possible.
Due to the large number of late applications last year along with the slow mail, this year we have decided that all trade site applications and payments must be received by 1st September.
Any payments or application received after this date will not receive your admission tickets through the post and will have to collect them from the show office, during the week prior to the show.
OR you will have to pay (in addition to their site fee) for the tickets at the gate on show day.
Admission Tickets at the Gates on Show day are $10 each in addition to your site fee.
We have a Best Trade Site Award Prize every year. In 2017 The Toolman won.
You will receive a ribbon and a free site for 2019 as a prize if you are the lucky winner.
We will be having our Strath Trail Bag again. So please indicate on your from if you would like to participate. Each year we run an advert/competition on the radio with family passes given out each day and at the end of the week we have grand prize which is a package with vouchers for rides, food or drinks, free products etc if you would like to donate a product please let me know email@example.com or telephone 82648260
